The Bungalow is situated near to the adjoining wildlife reserve, (Ashford reservoir). In the spring the swans are proud to show off their new babies and there are many interesting birds which are attracted by the peace and tranquility of the area.  There are stunning views of the beautiful Quantock hills to the rear of the bungalow.

The mill grounds provide an escape to just wander or to sit and relax. There is also a large dog walking area (with clean up bin).  It is not recommended that children ride bikes as there are several 'blind corners'. The streams provide a constant source of interest to children and adults alike. The donkeys always welcome visitors but we ask that they are not fed as this can be detrimental to their health.

There is a small friendly caravan camping site next to the Bungalow and the facilities for this are available for use to Bungalow guests, including nine hole putting green and play areas (all free of charge). There is also coin operated laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Bungalow sleeps up to six people, (prices listed are for four, please see below for additional person prices).  The Bungalow has two bedrooms, one with double bed and two bunks, the second with two single beds. 

There is a large kitchen dining area which has a full electric cooker, fridge, microwave,  dishwasher and kettle. (Electricity is supplied by £1/£2 meter). The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils.

The lounge has a TV and electric fire.  There is a separate wash room with w/c, wash basin, shower and bath.

A 25% booking deposit is required (non-refundable) and the balance due 3 weeks before arrival (non-refundable for cancellations made three weeks or less before date of arrival)

Linen service £4.60 p/p per week  Your beds will be made up prior to arrival, towels and tea towels will also be provided -This will be added to your total unless otherwise advised.

Dogs £10.00 per week.  Well behaved dogs welcome please check information on booking.
