Currypool Mill is situated in peaceful, rural Somerset and nestles at the foot of the Quantock hills (an area of outstanding natural beauty).  The Mill is set in approx 15 acres of grounds including streams and attractive gardens also adjoining is the Ashford Reservoir wildlife Reserve. For aspiring riders Swang Pony Riding Centre is situated just along the road.

The site is family run and has been awarded the caravan and camping club recommended star.

Currypool Mill is an ancient water mill, as part of its ongoing restoration a new water wheel has been installed into the original wheel pit along with a generator to produce electricity for the mill building, Log cabin and the national grid.  More pictures can be found by clicking onto our picture page (tab at top of this page).

Caravan and Camping

The site is divided into 3 sections. All pitches are  provided with electric hook up points.                                              

The Bungalow sleeps up to six.  It has a large kitchen dining area 2 bedrooms and lounge.  With a separate bathroom inc w/c basin and bath.

The Log Cabin 

This attractive Log Cabin is set between two streams and has far reaching views of the Quantock Hills. This eco friendly Log Cabin is supplied by electricity generated by the mill waterwheel.

The Log Cabin sleeps up to two people it has one twin bedroom, open plan living/kitchen/dining area & shower wet room with w/c.   Click on page header tab for more information.
